Home2's seventh edition, which took place between January 26th and 28th, was a great success. The trade fair, which attracted 5,520 visitors, was a magnet for many people who were looking to renovate, build or modernize their homes. Karen Pein, Hamburg's Senator of Urban Development and Housing performed the opening.

The three stages of lectures were well attended and provided valuable information. The trade fair was a success for many visitors, who left with new knowledge and satisfaction, particularly in light of current uncertainty in the construction industry, regarding financing, legal regulations, funding, heating systems and energy savings potential.

The trade fair featured 125 exhibitors and covered a broad range of topics related to home ownership. There was something for everyone, from furniture to heating systems and innovative solutions to increase comfort and functionality. The exhibitor presented the latest innovations and trends in modernization, renovation, and financing.

Dates for home2 2025 have already been set: 24th - 26th January. The team behind the event is eager to move forward with the fair and has already begun to anticipate many visitors.

The Authority for Urban Development and Housing is one of the eleven specialist authorities of the Senate of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. She is in charge of the housing and urban development policy for the Hanseatic City. Hamburg is to be developed and maintained as a desirable city.
